BW Solicitors Complaints Procedure

If you have concerns about the way your case is being dealt with by the person working on your case, you can contact Mr. Bilal Warraich at bilal@bwsolicitors.co.uk or calling on 02035001438. He will then do a proper investigation on your complaint and will provide you a solution within ten business days. If we believe that a face to face meeting will be helpful to resolve the issue, we may ask you to attend a meeting at our offices.

What option do you have if your complaint is not resolved You can contact The legal ombudsman if you believe that your matter is not resolved by us. The legal ombudsman will investigate your complaint independently of how it was dealt by BW Solicitors.

Make sure that you have tried to resolve your complaint with us first, as the legal ombudsman will check that. If you have contacted us and not satisfied, then you can take your complaint to the legal ombudsman

  • Within six months of receiving a final response to your complaint and
  • No more than six years from the date of act/omission; or
  • No more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint .
